What's Next in Bedford Parks and Recreation

New Fall Classes!

As Bedford Parks and Recreation moves through fall and into the winter season, there have been several new classes introduced to bring a variety of activities for patrons to try.

Zumba!
Zumba Classes are $25.00 for the whole month or $5.00 walk-in fee. The $25.00 entry will get you in with Lily on Mondays and Tuesdays OR Leslie on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You are welcome to drop into any class for the $5.00 entry fee.
Come in and try something new to bring fun to your workout. Classes start Monday, October 28 at the Boys Ranch Activity Center. To sign up today, please call the front desk, 817-952-2323

My Salsa Dance Lessons
Come see what all the excitement is about and join the Salsa Dance class. There are classes for salsa dancing Mondays and Tuesdays and Argentine tango on Fridays. Registration is $10 each class. Classes meet at the Boys Ranch Activity Center. Call the My Salsa Dance Company to get signed up today, 817-881-5593

Mondays and Tuesdays - Salsa : 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Fridays - Argentine Tango : 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a morning yoga class to help start your day off on the right track. All levels of experience are welcome to register to get first hand instructions in a small class environment to learn at their own pace. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  The goals for this class are full-body relaxation and balance, as patrons practice a range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers.  


Fee: $48.00 for the month 
Instructor : Tarka
Tuesdays and Fridays : 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
