Membership
The Planning and Zoning Commission consists of a minimum of 7 members and 2 alternate members. Members serve 2-year terms.
Purpose
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends a City plan for the physical development of the City; approval or denial of proposed changes in the zoning plan and exercises control over platting or subdividing land within the corporate limits and outside the corporate limits to the extent authorized by law.
