Gentle Yoga Gentle Yoga is a morning yoga class to help start your day off on the right track. All levels of experience are welcome to register to get first hand instructions in a small class environment to learn at their own pace. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The goals for this class are full-body relaxation and balance, as patrons practice a range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers.
