EyeOnWater is an online tool that allows residents to monitor their water usage. Homeowners can create an account online and set leak alerts that send text and/or email notifications if there is a potential leak detected. The technology transmits consumption data every 24 hours, and displays water usage by the year, month, day, hour, or minute.
Residents can sign up for EyeOnWater a minimum of 72 hours after the meter installation is completed.
Create an Account
Bedford residents can create an account on the EyeOnWater website. In order to set up the account, residents will need a:
- Water billing account number
- Zip code
- Valid email
