Below is the following update for the related project. 

• Evaluations have been completed
• Firm has been selected based on initial scoring.  No shortlist required.
• Selected firm has been contacted to begin negotiations.   If your firm was not contacted, then you were not selected. 
• The RFQ is still ongoing during the negotiations.  Until a contract is executed or negotiations have concluded, all restrictions set forth in the RFQ are in place.
