[ARCHIVED] Atmos Energy Customer Assistance Information

Need Help_Give AE a Call

Funds are available to help our community, from the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Atmos Energy donations, and Atmos Energy Sharing the Warmth program. These funds are distributed through local energy assistance agencies to qualified residential customers and are offered year-round. Customers do not need to have a disconnect notice to receive assistance. For customers needing more flexible payment options, call Atmos to set up an installment plan that will spread out payments over time – with no charges or fees to do so.

Customers can call Atmos Energy at 888-286-6700 (toll-free, Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central) or visit www.atmosenergy.com for payment assistance.

Energy assistance and payment options are available on a first-come, first-served basis to income-qualified Atmos Energy customers in need. Customers may locate an agency by visiting www.atmosenergy.com/customer-service/bill-payment-assistance or by calling 211.
