[ARCHIVED] Spread Holiday Cheer through BPD’s Santa Cops Program

Christmas tree and red ornament with the Santa Cops logo within the ornament

To spread holiday cheer, the Bedford Police Department is partnering with the Christmas Providers nonprofit organization to help fulfill Christmas wishes for Bedford families affected by unfortunate circumstances. Through Bedford PD’s Santa Cops program, new, unopened gifts will be delivered to children that might have otherwise not received presents on Christmas.

Beginning Monday, November 14, stop by the Bedford Police Department (2121 L. Don Dodson Dr.) or City Hall, Building A (2000 Forest Ridge Dr.) and select a Wish Tag from the Santa Cops Wish Tree located in each building’s lobby.

Then, purchase the gift(s) from the list and bring it unwrapped to the Police Department by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 9. If you do not want to purchase a gift but would like to donate, monetary donations will be accepted at the Police Department front lobby through December 9. Cash and check donations will be used to purchase a holiday meal and any unpurchased gifts. Learn more about Santa Cops.
