Get ready for Labor Day weekend, Bedford! Last year, we mentioned staff was planning a new “signature event” for Bedford, and we’re excited to start sharing details about it.

During the afternoon and evening on Saturday, September 2, Generations Park at Boys Ranch will be rockin’ with the first Bedford Beats and Eats. While many details are still being finalized, here’s what we can share:

  • This event will be completely FREE to attend!
  • The entertainment lineup will include 3-5 bands, including a nationally-recognized headliner (we’re waiting on the OK from their team before we announce their name). Make sure you’re following our social media channels, as we’ll announce the headliner on these platforms in the coming weeks.
  • Parking is also FREE. There will be shuttles taking attendees to and from Pennington Field (1501 Central Dr.) and Generations Park at Boys Ranch (2801 Forest Ridge Dr.).
  • In addition to music, the festival will include numerous food trucks, alcohol, and business vendors along with a kid’s zone, art activities, and more.

As additional details are finalized in the coming months, they will be shared here and on the Bedford Beats and Eats website. So mark those calendars now - we can’t wait to jam out with you, Bedford!
