There will be some upcoming overnight closures as North Tarrant Express crews continue to complete roadwork along portions of the westbound SH 183 frontage road. The closures will take place at the following locations, dates, and times:
- Monday, September 18 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day): Between Industrial Blvd. and Plaza Drive
- Tuesday, September 19 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day): Between Industrial Blvd. and Plaza Drive
- Wednesday, September 20 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day): Between Industrial Blvd. and Plaza Drive
- Friday, September 22 (9 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day): Between Industrial Blvd. and Plaza Drive
There will also be additional closures along the SH 121 frontage road:
- Thursday, September 21 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day): Full closure of SH 121 northbound frontage road at Murphy Drive
- Friday, September 22 (9 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day): Full closure of SH 121 southbound frontage road between Bedford Road and Murphy Drive, including the Murphy Drive intersection
- Monday, September 25 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day): Full closure of southbound frontage road between Bedford Road and Murphy Drive
Detours and messaging signs will be in place for those traveling along the frontage roads, during overnight operations. As additional closures are communicated to the City, they will be shared on social media and the City’s website. Please note, this post may be updated with additional closures throughout the week.
