  1. City Offices Closed for Memorial Day

    Bedford City Offices will be closed all day on Memorial Day, next Monday, May 27, 2019. The Bedford Public Library, City Hall, Senior Activity Center, and Boys Ranch Activity Center will be closed, however, the Police Department and Fire Department will continue to respond to emergencies. Bedford Splash will be open!

  2. S.T.E.M.-tastic!

    Kids, ages 8 & up, can participate in a hands-on STEM activity every Monday night. Experiment with robotics, coding, & circuits using Spheros, littleBits, Ozobots, & more. Join us on the last Monday of each month for a STEM Challenge Night. Parent/guardian participation is required. Registration is not required.

    Prof. Emeritus Eugene Parker’s dynamic research has led to many breakthroughs when it comes to studying our Sun. The Parker Probe, the first NASA mission named for a living person, will capture the most amazing views of our neighborhood star & will be the first mission to travel into the Sun’s corona. NASA Ambassador Sarah Twidal will shed light on the recently-launched solar probe.

  11. Twilight Concert in the Park

    May 31, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Boys Ranch Park

    The Twilight Concert series returns for 2019 on Friday nights at 7pm. There are five free outdoor concerts scheduled each Friday in May at the Boys Ranch Park. Lawn chairs, blankets, and leashed pets are encouraged for an evening of FREE family entertainment. Each evening will feature a food truck with food available for purchase, yard games, pop up art displays, and a live outdoor concert (weather permitting). Wine and craft beer tastings will be available while supplies last. The tastings are generously provided by Silver Dollar Winery and Turning Point Beer.
