In addition, the Community Affairs Commission will be recognizing the 2019 Large and Small Business of Year and Charla Mcintyre Fields from Ameriprise Financial will speak about personal financial growth.     Bedford residents may visit the Arlington Landfill on the fourth Saturday of every month from February to November to dispose of bulk waste at no charge. No charge service is limited to individual homeowner only, waste delivered in cars or pickups or 8’ long trailers, larger loads or commercial business loads will be charged a fee. Service does not include the disposal of Hazardous Waste. There will be a charge of $25 per E-Waste item (TV’s, Computers, printers, DVD players, etc.)
