Small Group Strength Training With A Personal Touch
This small group weight training class is designed to improve strength, form, and balance and help tone muscles. The personal approach encourages consistency and the attainment of fitness goals. For more information, please contact Ann at 817-715-9890.
Fee: $10 per class with registration; $15 for walk-in
Days: Monday and Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Zumba Classes are $25.00 for the whole month or $5.00 walk-in fee. The $25.00 entry will get you in with Lily on Mondays and Tuesdays. You are welcome to drop into any class for the $5.00 entry fee.

Join this unique class that combines yoga with therapeutic exercises and progresses from one week to the next. Specifically designed for individuals 55 years and older, it honors the changes in your body as you age. No previous yoga experience is required, but you must be able to get on and off the floor. Session is only $42 a person for four classes in April. Please bring a yoga mat. #BFUN

Treat yourself to a little color therapy at the Library. Studies show that coloring has a meditative effect on the mind and promotes mental & emotional well-being. Join us for coloring and a relaxing atmosphere. We'll provide coloring utensils & coloring pages designed especially for adults. Spaces & supplies are limited. Registration is not required.

In this free, one-hour session you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you become meditative effortlessly. Isha Kriya does not require any previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair.

A unique concept where anyone can laugh, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. This class combines laughter exercise with yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and the brain which improves energy and overall health. Laughing causes the brain to release endorphins, boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, eases breathing, relieves pain, and provides cardiovascular exercise.
