The combined result is an amazing, high energy program that promotes total physical athleticism, self-discipline, and mental and physical fitness.

Join this unique class that combines yoga with therapeutic exercises and progresses from one week to the next. Specifically designed for individuals 55 years and older, it honors the changes in the body as it ages. No previous yoga experience is required, but participants must be able to get on and off the floor.

The Pinochle group is looking for people who like to have old-fashioned fun. Card games used to be the way most families would play together, or a way for adults to spend time with other adults. Pinochle rules are easy to learn, and there are players who are more than happy to help beginners.
