This class will awake the body and spirit, staring with gentler movements to warm the body into progressively challenging, flowing sequences that strengthen the body and the mind. Ultimately, this class will energize and rejuvenate participants to tackle the day ahead.

HEB Reads! celebrates its fourth year! The 2019 HEB Reads! Summer Kick-Off event will be held at Pennington Field. There will be challenges, hands-on demonstrations, food, fun, & free books. Watch the Library’s calendar of events for special programs & free activities for children, teens, & adults throughout the summer. Registration is not required.
