    Attention entrepreneurs & small business owners! Are you planning a business venture or trying to get your startup off the ground? Join Linda Williams, Economic Development Specialist at the Small Business Administration’s DFW office, for a FREE four-part Business 101 series at the Library. Online registration is encouraged for each class but not required. See series dates & class content below. All classes are 1:00-2:30pm. Monday, Sept. 30: Learn how to conduct market research & competitive analyses. Monday, Oct. 7: Learn how to create your business plan. Monday, Oct. 21: Learn ways to fund your business. Monday, Nov. 4: Learn about SBA’s Business Smart Toolkit. Linda Williams serves the DFW District Office as an Economic Development Specialist. She joined SBA in 2001 and has also held positions as a loan specialist and as a lender relations specialist. Earning an MBA from Dallas Baptist University, she taught as an adjunct professor in the undergraduate business program.
