Senior "Get Fit" Class

"Get Fit" Class is a series of different dvd's that are rotated to get maximum benefit from the exercises. These are all low-impact and easy to follow along with. This is a great group and very welcoming so come on in join us!

Senior Beginners 2 Line Dancing

Suzy Ashmore is the instructor for our beginners 2 line dancing. This class is a little more advanced than the beginner 1 class. Come start with the basics in a fun, friendly environment!

Senior Ceramics

Ceramic art is art made from ceramic materials, including clay. It may take forms including artistic pottery, including tableware, tiles, figurines and other sculpture. As one of the plastic arts, ceramic art is one of the visual arts. While some ceramics are considered fine art, as pottery or sculpture, most are considered to be decorative, industrial or applied art objects. We provide basic paint. Come join this class and make some ceramic art.

Senior Guitar Jam Session

Great group! If you play an instrument or just want to listen, come on down! Good music and great people! They get in a circle and go around singing and playing. Hope to see you soon!
