"Get Fit" Class is a series of different dvd's that are rotated to get maximum benefit from the exercises. These are all low-impact and easy to follow along with. This is a great group and very welcoming so come on in join us!

While some ceramics are considered fine art, as pottery or sculpture, most are considered to be decorative, industrial or applied art objects. We provide basic paint. Come join this class and make some ceramic art.

Senior Guitar Jam Session
